Situated in a residential neighbourhood, the apartment is perfect for couples or a family visiting the area.  Noise restrictions apply after 22:00. 

Access for visitors

The flat is accessed by a shared lobby with the ground floor flat; each flat has its own door from the lobby.

Street parking is free between the hours of 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. It is only resident permit parking between the hours of 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. If you are not driving during these hours, there is free street parking a short walk away, as well as paid street parking and a paid car park within walking distance.

Other points to consider

There is a stairway to access the first-floor unit. There is no outside space, and smoking is not permitted at any time on the premises.  Children must be supervised at all times.  Please read our Terms for further information.
