A ground floor recently refurbished to a high standard, one bedroom apartment, with sofa bed option. Everything you could desire to make your stay more comfortable, including newly restored hardwood flooring, a private garden, and a terrace property.

For safety concerns, the sofa bed incorporates a metal pull-out mechanism that is not suited for young children. Please contact us for further information before making a reservation for minors.

 

This is a residential neighbourhood. Because of nearby residents, noise restrictions apply after 10 p.m.  Please read our terms for further information.

Access for visitors

The flat is accessed via a shared lobby with the first floor flat; each flat has its own door from the lobby.

Street parking is free between the hours of 9 p.m. and 11 a.m. It is only resident permit parking between the hours of 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. If you are not driving during these hours, there is free street parking a short walk away, as well as paid street parking and a paid car park within walking distance.
